These Terms & Conditions govern promotional offer request forms provided by VinPop, operated by AI Business Solutions LLC ("VinPop," "we," "us," or "our"), on participating automotive dealership websites. By submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
What the offer form is
When you view a vehicle on a participating dealership's website, you may be shown a promotional offer on that vehicle. If you enter your name, email address, and phone number and submit the form, your request is sent to that dealership together with the vehicle and the offer shown to you.
The offer comes from the dealership
The offer is made by the dealership, not by VinPop. The dealership sets the offer's amount, eligibility, dates, and fine print, and is solely responsible for its terms and for honoring it. VinPop provides the form and delivers your request. Submitting a request does not guarantee the offer, a price, or the availability of the vehicle.
Vouchers and confirmation codes
After you submit, you may be able to print or save a voucher with a confirmation code. The voucher is a record of your request, and the code identifies it. It is not a coupon and has no cash value. The dealership verifies the request and decides whether the offer applies under its own terms.
How the dealership may contact you
By submitting the form, you ask the dealership to follow up with you about that vehicle and offer by phone or email. VinPop does not send text messages based on an offer request, and the form does not ask for SMS consent. Submitting a request is not a condition of any purchase.
Cost
There is no charge to submit an offer request.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate contact information, and submit requests only for yourself. We may reject duplicate, automated, or abusive submissions.
Vehicle information
Vehicle details shown with an offer come from the dealership's inventory data and may change or contain errors. Confirm price, availability, and details with the dealership.
Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
