How VinPop Works
Shopper views a vehicle
A shopper lands on one of your vehicle pages and spends time with a specific car. VinPop stays off search and listing pages.
VinPop pops a real offer
After a delay you choose, a dollar offer appears on that exact car, in your dealership's name and colors. On desktop it can also appear as the shopper moves to leave.
The lead goes to your CRM
Name, email, phone, the vehicle and the offer they claimed are sent to your CRM as soon as they submit. No manual entry.
Everything Your Sales Team Needs
Built for the shopper who is ready to act if the deal is right.
Real offers on real cars
Not a generic site-wide banner. A dollar amount with the year, make, model, trim, stock number and VIN of the car they're looking at.
Your brand, your offer
The popup carries your dealership's name and brand color. Use the built-in design or upload your own offer artwork.
Different offers for different cars
Run several at once. Target each by new, used or certified, price range, make and model. If a car qualifies for more than one, the offer ranked highest shows.
On your schedule
Give each offer a start and end date. Pause every offer on a rooftop with one button the moment something changes.
The full picture, every lead
Each lead arrives with the vehicle, stock number, offer amount and offer name, labeled so your CRM can route it. Failed sends retry automatically.
A voucher staff can match
After submitting, the shopper can print or save a one-page voucher. Its confirmation code also appears on the CRM lead, so your team can match the two before honoring it.
Polite by design
Once per car per visit, then held back for a week by default. If a shopper closes it, a small tab lets them come back. After they submit, it stops on every car.
See what's working
Views, leads and conversion rate for every offer over 7 and 30 days, plus events in your own Google Analytics data layer.
Questions Dealers Ask
Is VinPop a lead form?
Yes. It asks for a name, email and phone number. The difference is what the shopper gets first: a specific dollar offer on the car they're looking at.
Will it annoy my shoppers?
It's limited on purpose. It appears at most once per vehicle per visit, never on search pages, and not again on that car for a week by default. If someone closes it, a small tab stays at the edge of the page in case they change their mind, and they can close that too. Once a shopper submits, it stops showing.
Can I run different offers on different vehicles?
Yes. Several offers can run at once, each limited by new or used, price range, make and model, with its own dates. If a car qualifies for more than one, the offer ranked highest is the one that shows.
Who sets up the offers?
Your agency sets up and changes offers for you. You see the leads, in your CRM and in a lead list with the offer each shopper claimed.
How do leads get into my CRM?
They're sent in ADF/XML format to your CRM's lead email address, the standard way dealer CRMs take in third-party leads. If a send fails, it's retried automatically and can be resent by hand.
Does VinPop text my shoppers?
No. It doesn't ask for text consent and nothing is texted from it. Your team follows up the way they normally would.
Does the voucher guarantee the offer?
No. The voucher is a record of the shopper's request, and its code identifies the lead. Your dealership verifies it against the lead and honors the offer under your own terms.
What does it take to install?
One Google Tag Manager tag and your inventory feed.
Not every shopper is ready for an offer.
Some want to keep an eye on a car first. LotPulse adds a "Watch this car" button to your vehicle pages. A shopper taps it, enters a mobile number, and gets a text when the price drops or the car sells. You see which vehicles are drawing interest, and the lead goes to your CRM.
VinPop and LotPulse run from the same inventory feed.
